2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Lak’ech Studio sells handmade ceramic products that are produced to order.
All products, content, and services offered on the website are provided for commercial purposes.
3. PRODUCTS AND ORDER PROCESS
All products are handmade and produced to order.
Handmade products are naturally unique, and slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur.
Once an order has been completed, the product enters the production process. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of technical issues or circumstances that make production impossible or impracticable. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed accordingly.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared according to the production schedule, as the products are handmade and produced to order.
The average delivery time is 15–20 days. However, this period may vary due to production volume, special requests, public holidays, delays caused by shipping companies, or force majeure events.
In all cases, delivery shall be completed within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

All designs, images, texts, logos, and other content available on the website belong to Lak’ech Studio.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lak’ech Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of its products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Buyer is responsible for exercising appropriate care when handling and using handmade and fragile products.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory rights or protections granted to consumers under applicable law.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Any updated Terms shall become effective from the date they are published on the website.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable legislation.
